Washing up

All Stem Zero glasses can be used up to 2000 times as long as the instructions below are followed.
They have been independently certified to be safe for washing in the dishwasher using an industrial wash cycle*.
Unless otherwise stated in the instructions for use and care, you can wash your glasses in your home or industrial dishwashers.

Please select the most appropriate glass washing program that will provide you with the best hygiene and appearance performance for your delicate glassware.

Hand wash

The wired part of dish sponges is not suitable for cleaning glassware. The wired parts can cause scratches on the glassware surfaces. When glassware cleaned with a sponge is placed in the dishwasher, the scratches become even more visible after washing in the dishwasher.

Please do not use cleaning powder or similar abrasive materials to clean your products, otherwise scratches may appear on the glassware.
